Parfois, nous savons \u00a0que nous allons mal et en partie les raisons de notre sant\u00e9 fragile (douleurs physiques, addictions, deuil&#8230;). Parfois nous ressentons, alors que nous avons tout pour \u00eatre heureuse ou heureux, que quelque chose ne va pas sans trouver ce qui \u00ab\u00a0cloche\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Forte de mon exp\u00e9rience professionnelle en tant qu\u2019infirmi\u00e8re \u00e9ducatrice de sant\u00e9 et de mes exp\u00e9riences en techniques psycho-corporelles.
